After more than 40 years of teaching, I've learned that singers don't need to be perfect before they begin. They need the right guidance, a clear plan, and consistent practice.

Who Are These Lessons For?

I'm opening six Monday afternoon/evening private-lesson spots beginning at 1:00 p.m.

These lessons are especially appropriate for homeschool students, theater and musical performers, worship-team singers, students preparing for future college auditions, and adults who want to strengthen their voices.

Lessons are individualized according to your current ability, goals, experience, and upcoming performances or auditions.

Enhance Your Singing with the Clock Analogy

Here is one of my favorite exercises to help my students achieve better singing.

“Pam has helped me a lot with breath support—which, as a tenor, is very important. She’s also worked with me on maintaining pitch, especially in the high register. Once again, critical for a tenor. And all with kindness and patience!”

“If you want to become a better singer—whether you’re just starting out or already experienced—Pam Foster is who you want on the journey with you.”

Meet Pam

Client

Hello!

Voice lessons aren’t simply about learning to sing higher, louder, or more beautifully.

A healthy voice begins with understanding how you’re using it.

My approach combines vocal technique with an understanding of breath, relaxation, vocal health, pitch, resonance, articulation, musicality, and confidence.

We work with the voice you have while developing the skills to use it more effectively.

40+ Years of Teaching Experience

I’ve been teaching since 1979, with a background in education, voice, piano, choir, ensembles, music theory, and private instruction.

I’ve worked with students of many ages and experience levels, from beginners discovering their voice to singers preparing for auditions and performances.

My goal isn’t to make every student sound like someone else.

It’s to help each student develop the healthiest, most confident, and authentic voice possible.
